About Corepass
Corepass is building the foundation for the next generation of applied AI. We're developing our own LLM optimized for code, along with a general-purpose AI agent platform. On top of that foundation, we ship vertical AI agents that solve high-value workflows end-to-end — starting with sales lead generation and underwriting.
We sit at the intersection of frontier model research and production-grade applied AI. Our customers don't want demos — they want agents that close revenue, approve loans, and make decisions reliably. We're early, well-resourced, and moving fast.
The role
We're hiring our founding product marketer. You'll own how Corepass shows up in the market: how we position our coding model, how we tell the story of our agent platform, and how we launch and grow each vertical agent (sales, underwriting, and what comes next).
This is a 0→1 role. You'll partner directly with the founders, engineering, and (as we hire them) sales. You'll be the first marketing hire, which means you'll do the strategic work (positioning, messaging, ICP) and the execution: launch assets, website, content, sales decks, customer stories. Within 12 months you'll be in a position to build the team underneath you.
What you'll do
Positioning & Messaging
- Define how Corepass talks about itself across three surfaces: the coding LLM, the agent platform, and the vertical agents.
- Develop sharp, defensible positioning against well-funded incumbents and open-source alternatives.
- Own the narrative arc — from one-liner to category POV — and keep it consistent across web, sales, and content.
Launch & GTM
- Lead end-to-end launches for new agents, model releases, and platform capabilities — including the launch sequence, channel mix, press/analyst plan, and customer proof points.
- Build the GTM playbook for each vertical agent: ICP, buyer personas, key objections, competitive landscape, pricing inputs, and the first 25 target accounts.
- Partner with the founders on pricing and packaging experiments.
Demand & Pipeline
- Stand up the demand engine: website, lifecycle, content, paid experiments, events, and developer-facing channels.
- Run targeted ABM for underwriting (lenders, fintechs, insurers) and a bottoms-up motion for the platform and coding model.
- Define and report on the metrics that matter: pipeline sourced, activation, conversion. Iterate ruthlessly.
Sales enablement
- Build the first sales deck, one-pagers, ROI models, demo scripts, and battlecards.
- Sit in on early customer calls. Translate what you hear into messaging, content, and product feedback.
- Develop case studies and reference customers as we land design partners.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Help the founders publish: technical posts on the model, perspective pieces on agents, customer stories, launch announcements.
- Own the voice. AI marketing is full of slop; ours won't be.
What you bring
- 2–3 years in product marketing, growth, or GTM at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI/ML company. Bonus if you've shipped a 0→1 product or joined a startup before the Series B.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, sharply, and without filler. We'll ask for samples.
- Strong product instincts. You can talk to engineers about how the model works and to a CFO about why it matters — in the same day.
- Comfort with technical products. You don't need to fine-tune an LLM, but you should understand what one does, what an agent is, and why evals matter.
- Experience marketing to at least one of: developers, sales leaders, or risk/credit teams. Underwriting or fintech background is a strong plus.
- Range. You're equally happy crafting a headline, building a competitive matrix, briefing an analyst, or jumping on a customer call.
- High agency. No one will tell you what to work on. You'll figure it out, propose it, and ship it.
Nice to Have
- Prior founding marketer or first-marketing-hire experience.
- Worked on a developer tool, foundation model, or AI agent product.
- Comfort with vibe coding — you've used AI tools to ship something real, not just generate a landing page.
- Vertical experience in lending, underwriting, credit, insurance, or B2B sales tooling.
- Track record of building category narratives, not just product features.
Why Corepass

- Fast company. Tight team, no bureaucracy, decisions made in hours not weeks.

How to apply
Send a note to support@corepass.com with:
- A short paragraph on why this role — not a cover letter.
- Your resume or LinkedIn.
- Two writing samples: a launch post, a positioning doc, a landing page, a thread — anything you wrote that you're proud of.
- Optional: one piece of AI marketing in the wild that you think is excellent, and one that you think is bad. One sentence each on why.
Corepass is an equal opportunity employer. We hire on merit and welcome candidates of every background.
