Refund Policy

This policy describes refunds, cancellations, and billing for Corepass paid subscriptions and related fees.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewals. To request a refund, contact us at support@corepass.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day refund window, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, a prorated refund for unused days will be calculated and processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Onboarding Fee

The one-time onboarding and setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window on initial purchases
  • Requests based on failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date, except where required by applicable law

Billing

Automatic Renewal — All paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. You will be charged on the same date each month using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month.
