MENLO PARK, Calif. — For a private lender, a single loan can pass through a borrower portal, a pricing spreadsheet, a shared drive of documents and an underwriter’s inbox before it closes. LendingOS, from Corepass, is built to keep all of that in one workspace, from application to close.
The product is aimed at private lenders and brokers, and the company frames its purpose in business terms: helping lenders close more deals, cut overhead and compete at scale without hiring a bigger team.

What is in the workspace
Borrowers and brokers come in through a shared portal. A pricing engine prices loans by loan type, loan-to-value, loan-to-cost and credit. Documents are tracked as they arrive, and closing paperwork — deeds, notes and disclosures — can be generated instantly. The pipeline, the team’s processors, underwriters and account executives, and the analytics on all of it live in the same place.
Underwriting that shows its reasoning
The underwriting piece is Proclara. It reviews loan documents against a lender’s underwriting criteria, surfaces risks and traces the reasoning behind each finding — so an underwriter can see why a file was flagged, not only that it was.

Sales built in
On the sales side, SalesOS keeps contacts, follow-ups, activities and deal context together in one workspace. Corepass describes the arrangement as lending run end to end with underwriting and sales built in, and points to its prospect intelligence tool, Wavus, as the source that finds and enriches the prospects who feed the pipeline.
LendingOS is sold by subscription, billed monthly, and customers can cancel at any time, according to the LendingOS pricing section of the company’s site.
